    关于印度城市的碎碎念

    在最新发布的一份国家繁荣程度排名中,印度因为超过中国而引起了网路的热议,理由是由于民主国家的关系,印度人们的幸福感比中国要高。我在德里的街上看到了两种人,有工作的、穿西式服装的人,他们确实看上一表人材的样子,不像上海街头的路人常常是一副苦哈哈的样子。可是即使在德里,我看到了大批的无工作者,以乞讨为生,居无定所。每次车子停下来,就会有年轻的母亲手里抱着一个刚出生的婴孩,还围着一些3、4岁的小孩向你乞讨。我和菜包讨论说,在德里,富人穷人一看衣着就可以看出:穿得西式的人大都受到比较好的教育,有好的工作。一个当地人也跟我们说到,印度一样碰到了城市化的问题,一些农民没有地,就来城市打工,可是城市并没有这么大的吸收能力,结果他们很多成了没有工作的流民,以乞讨为生。想想国内,也有衣衫褴褛、农村进城来的人,但他们中的绝大多数在城市还是有工作的,生活是可以改善的。因此,我怀疑做这份报告的人有没有来过中国和印度,而仅凭两者的政治制度推测出这样的结果。那如果说印度的IT比中国发展好的话,我们在当地的报纸上看到说中国的IT发展已经超过了印度。以前有个朋友也说,印度的IT之所以有名,是因为语言的关系。嗯,在印度会英文,基本都可以生存,连拉三轮车的老汉都懂几句。而他们本国的语言却没有统一,各个地区都有自己的本地语。
     
    在印度的电视节目上,那个极度贫穷的印度不见了,只有那个非常时尚、富有、自信的印度。时尚周也是照样在举行,规格简直跟国际名牌秀一样。当然,我们仅仅去了北部的金三角地区和南部的果阿,没有去南部的大城市孟买和其他城市,那里也许会比较符合我心目中的城市:城市至少是要有垃圾筒的。
